[Whole Structure of Machine]

Our single axis shredder is ideal for separating.
Our machine separates and shreds with very high torque because we adopted strong inerti.

[Rotary Blade]

Various functions such as chop, hammer, rip and shear for a wide variety of materials.
Our rotar has a very wide radius which means it can do its job without the use of a pusher.
We adopted the original clamping method so we can replace each blade individually and easily and with low maintenance cost.
Because of our original blade edge design it is 3X more durable than the conventional blade.

[Stationary Blade]

We can easily adjust the stationary blade.

[Screen]

We can easily replace the screen if and when you want to change sizes of the material pieces.
We can inspect the rotar smoothly because the screen is movable. (MTR-1450)

[System Structure]

Processed materials can come out separately from a right and left side.
Separating and processing can be done with our original system design which is compact and low cost.
If the materials get too much for the blade to handle it will automatically stop and reverse direction to release the materials and continue fuction. High torque control can be done with low RPM. (optional)
